All of our communities have 24x7 security personnel, broad road access to each of our plots, and established water distribution systems. Water is captive within common areas, and overhead tanks distribute water to all properties within the society.
Street lighting is complete and is either electric or solar. Sufficient electric poles are in place to obtain an electric connection. As a part of our services, we have a dedicated team to help you seek building approval plans.
Vitrag takes the role of overseeing some of the operations in these gated communities. We also undertake the sale of ready to move-in houses, resale properties and sale of plots in these gated communities.
