Developing your plot
Some plots are developed with their retention walls and flattened land parcel, ready for construction. Most plots give you the freedom to work with an architect and define the spaces within the property and how best to meet your aspirations of a home in the hills.

Sua Serenitea Plot 56 is one of the largest plots in the gated community. The views extend to the North and the East into the valley.
Plot 7 is closest to the wells and stream at Hill Valley Enclave. The plot of land has a wide frontage and is also one of the most secure spaces.
