Quail Hill Carmel Bungalow is a 3 bedroom house situated right in the midst of
a wooded area. The property has a living room, dining room, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a lovely attic. There is also ample parking space within the premises.

The property enjoys a large lawn on 2 sides of the building and a wonderful garden. The house is tucked away in the hill with eucalyptus surrounding the entire premises. Though private, it is 5 minutes away from Upper Coonoor's commercial hub - Bedford.

The house has a long and spacious veranda at its front with a staircase dropping down to the lawn. Ideal for a garden tea party, breakfast on a warm summer morning or a small succulent garden. A view of the garden can also be enjoyed from the front room and dining room through the large glass windows and door.

A white spiraling staircase leads up to the attic from the dining room. The attic's big windows look out to the lush eucalyptus trees outside that surround the premises.
